Return & Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Jax’s Jungle! We are proud to offer high-quality, healthy plants and exceptional customer service. With over 5 years of experience in shipping live plants, we take every care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. However, as live plants are delicate, it’s important to understand our policies related to shipping and returns.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We want your plants to arrive safely, and we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all orders shipped via Next Day Air only. Please note:

  • Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to Next Day Air shipments.
  • Shipping in Freezing Weather: We do not recommend shipping plants when temperatures are below freezing. If temperatures are unsafe, we will hold your order until it is safe to ship if requested. Express shipping is always recommended during colder months to ensure your plants arrive in the best condition.
  • We do our best to pack your plants securely, but minor shipping stress (such as broken, yellow, or droopy leaves) can occur. These cosmetic issues are not covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee and are generally temporary. Please do not hesistate to message us if there is any concern regrding the condition it arrived in.

What to Do if There’s an Issue:

We’re here to help if there’s a problem with your order. If there is any issue with your plant, please contact us at talktome@jaxsjungle.com within 12 hours of the time-stamped delivery confirmation. To assist us in resolving the matter quickly:

  • Provide clear pictures and video showing the condition of the plant and packaging.
  • Please remember that shipping stress—such as drooping or yellowing leaves—can happen during transit, especially during extreme weather. This does not necessarily reflect the health of the plant and is not grounds for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Conditions & Responsibilities

  • FedEx/USPS/UPS Handling: While we take every measure to ensure your plants are packed securely, we cannot control the handling of your package once it is in the hands of the carrier. Jax’s Jungle is not responsible for shipping delays, damage caused by mishandling, or temperature-related damage (heat or cold).
  • Customs & Border Control: Jax’s Jungle is not responsible for plants confiscated by customs or border control if shipped internationally.
  • Claims: If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, email talktome@jaxsjungle.com within 12 hours for Jaxs Jungle to file the claim. No Returns or Refunds
  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns. Once your plant is shipped, the sale is complete, and we do not offer refunds.
  • Cuttings: Cuttings are sold at your own risk, and no refunds or replacements will be issued for cuttings. As cuttings require specific care and conditions, we cannot guarantee their success, and they are not covered under our return policy.

Address Accuracy

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Jax’s Jungle is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information provided. Double-check your address before confirming your order. Please ensure PO boxes have numbers attached. 

No Shipsurance Coverage

  • Live Plant Coverage: Due to changes in shipping policies, live plants are no longer covered by Shipsurance. FedEx,USPS and UPS no longer offer coverage for live plants. As a result, Jax’s Jungle is not liable for any losses or damages that occur during transit once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

By Purchasing from Jax’s Jungle, You Acknowledge and Agree to the Following:

  • You understand and accept that live plants can experience stress during shipping, and you acknowledge that minor cosmetic issues (e.g., yellowing or droopy leaves) may occur. These are not grounds for a return or refund.
  • You are responsible for the care of the plant once it has been received and understand that Jax’s Jungle cannot be held liable for its condition after delivery.
  • You assume all risks associated with shipping and plant care and agree to the terms outlined above.

*While shipping issues are rare, we understand that they can happen. If you’re concerned about shipping or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to work with you to hold or upgrade shipping or assist you with any other concerns. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help every step of the way!
