What types of plants do you sell?

We specialize in Hoyas, offering a mix of rare, hard-to-find, and collector varieties. All plants are grown and cared for in our South Florida greenhouse.

What size are the plants?

Are the exact plants shown in photos?

Unless specifically stated, plants are grower’s choice. We hand-select each plant to meet our quality standards, ensuring you receive a healthy, well-established Hoya.

Will my plant have imperfections?

Our plants are grown outdoors in a shade house, so minor cosmetic blemishes can occur due to natural conditions. These do not impact the health of the plant.

When do you ship orders?

We ship orders on a set weekly schedule (typically Mondays & Tuesdays). This helps ensure plants spend minimal time in transit. We HIGHLY recommend upgrading to FedEx overnight for only an additional $18.50

Can I delay or hold my order?

Yes! We offer hold options if you’re traveling or not ready for shipment. Holds are valid for one shipping cycle (up to 7 days) unless otherwise arranged.

Do you combine shipping?

We do our best to combine orders when possible. If you place multiple orders before the shipping cutoff, they may be shipped together. You can email us at talktome@jaxsjungle.com 

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an issue occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll work with you to make it right. We will always honor LIVE arrival guarantee with FedEx overnight

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. Order cancellations may not be guaranteed once processed.

How should I care for my Hoya after arrival?

Allow your plant to acclimate for a few days before repotting. Keep in bright, indirect light and avoid overwatering while it adjusts.

Can you ship to California?

Yes! We are nematode certified and can ship to all 50 states, including California. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
